Dealership Owners We Afraid To Let Sales Staff Build A Brand: For many years owners were afraid to let a salesperson build their own brand. What if the salesperson says something dumb, or cusses etc. The sales staff must submit every post to me on, I check every post every day. If there is any problem I go over the basic rules of building your brand inside of the company brand with the salesperson. I want to catch any problems before the owner, corporate or the manufacturer notices.
How To Get Kicked Out Of The Dealership: If you look closely online, you will see sales staff that built a big following by doing dumb stuff. Some of it was so bad that the manufacturer got involved with the owner. The salesperson did get a lot of views, sometimes in the millions of views, but they still got kicked out of the dealership and they wonder why.

She just needed to start connecting with the members of this group in person and online letting them know where she worked and how she could help them. Runners are a very tight group, and this was just one of many running groups in the San Antonio TX area. The sales managers would not let her leave work during those times. Then they fired her for not selling enough cars.
Could You Sell Cars With No Social Media Experience? Another salesperson had never posted to any social sites, yet he had 850 LinkedIn connections that he did not know about from his time at a private college nearby. All he had to do was start posting, writing articles and making videos about cars and the dealership for LinkedIn. He did not have to try and build a following on other social sites, he could use LinkedIn to connect with his class and other alumni of this popular school.
Dealerships Are Finally Getting The Message - Socail Media Works: I am very excited to see dealerships finally moving from the traditional types of ad agency and manufacturer advertisements that everyone else is doing. Google and Facebook call these types of duplicate ads spam. The same ads show up at every dealership website and social site in America. Unique local blog posts, social posts and videos where customers can relate with the sales person in advance of coming into the store. Dealerships are now tapping into the relationships that the sales staff has with their family and friends online.
